Harvard Griffin GSAS Consulting Club:
Volunteer Consulting Group
The Harvard Griffin GSAS Volunteer Consulting Group (HGVCG) combines the enthusiasm and analytical skills of HGCC’s community of graduate students, post-doctoral fellows, and career professionals to bring solutions and ideas to organizations in the Greater Boston area.
The VCG serves two purposes: 1) to provide pro bono consulting to real-world clients and 2) to expose graduate, post-doctoral, and career professionals to an intense and hands-on experience in management consulting.

Founded in 2008, the VCG has worked with a range of organizations, from start-ups to established organizations, from non-profit to private. VCG’s past clients include the Global Deeds Foundation, Settlements and Solutions, Beacon VP, TalentCastr, Massachusetts Department of Education, Journal of Visualized Experiments, and Venture Cafe Foundation.

In addition to VCG, clients can engage with the HGCC community via the Harvard / MIT Case Competition, a 2-week Summer event harnessing the analytical horsepower of graduate students and researchers from Harvard and MIT and providing wide-ranging insights and analyses.
